His resume boasts a list of over 200 clients from celebrities to executives to banking institutions. He specializes in new construction, REO and re-sale. Represents both buyers and sellers even helping them long after escrow has closed.
Loves Los Angeles and runs Corrales Luxury and REO under Northwest Realty in the heart of downtown Manhattan Beach with a satellite office in Gardena since May 2006.
High energy, results oriented and fun to work with. Will drive to a property on a moment's notice or will get on a plane on short notice to complete asset managing tasks.
Graduated from the University of Southern California in 1992. Outside interests include just about all sports. He has lived in the South Bay for 18 years. Married for 12 years to Suzie and his two sons, Taylor (4) and Jagger (2).

Valerie McDonald
After 10 years in both private and national real estate syndications, Valerie returned to residential and REO sales in the early 90's and became one of the premier Fannie Mae brokers in Los Angeles. Valerie continued in REO sales with such clients as: National City Bank, Transamerica, Farmers and Merchants, and Citigroup, to name a few.
Looking for a few perspective in 2003, Valerie acquired a seat on the "other side" and was hired by Elite Management/Safeguard as an Asset Manager. Valerie was responsible for a portfolio of 150 assets "craddle to grave," initially with no assistants and no data system. Her clients included Homecomings, Ameriquest, M & T Bank, Franklin Credit Mgmt, and Waterford Mortgage. Client development, trouble shootig clients servicing, and client reporting were among Valerie's responsibilities in addition to managingher protfolio.
With Safeguard relocationg, Valerie formed the Corrales REO Team with John Corrales in 2007. With 17 of her 28 years in the real estate industry committed to REO sales, Valerie's high priority to client services, ethical practices, and "straight talk" make a substantial partner to the Corrales REO Team.
